Exclamation Help With This Noise! Please!

-when turning either left or right, doesnt even have to be a sharp turn! It makes a loud grinding noise inside the car and kinda make my steering wheel rumble. i thought it might be the tires rubbing cause thats what it sounds and feels like but thats not it.
-theres also another noise when just driving it sounds like a constant grinding noise from the rear end of the car(more in the middle of the rear end)
PLEASE help if you can!

maybe CV joints, bearings.. This is just my opinion, I'm no mechanic. If it does it every time you turn though, you might want to get it looked at ASAP!! YOu don't want anything to happen when your driving along.
