I replaced my head gasket but still have almost no compression on cylinder 1 and about 55lbs on 2....What can I do now??

 

not good, you can try squirting some engine oil down the plug holes and crank it over to see if jumps the numbers up if it does most likely some rings are bad. i am assuming the valves are in good shape since you had the head off. I always send the head out for seal check and deck it. I dont hear to much about camshaft losing there lobes especially on two cylinders next to each. hopes this gives you some ideas
