Default Help needed with 2002 cherokee ltd. electrical issues

I had to lay to rest my '96 zj. And replaced it with the 2002. But it has some issues that need sorting out. I could use some ideas on where to start.
Here we go:
First issue is that my side mirror doesn't auto-dim. But the center rear view works fine.
Second issue is that the cruise control will turn on but will not "set" at any speed.

I'm still waiting buy the mail box for the shop manual. Can't seem to find anything on the web to trouble shoot these problems.

The mirror could be bad and the set switch for the cruise could be to blame. Check the vacuum hose at the cruise control servo.

I know you are going to cringe but I'll ask anyway. Where would I locate the cruise control servo??

There will be three cables connected to the throttle body, one for the gas pedal, one that goes down to the transmission for the transmission throttle valve, and one for the cruise control. My cruise control servo is on the passenger side fender well, trace the cables from the throttle body and you will find it.
