Default Help!! My jeep is sputtering like crazy!

I need some advice. I just purchased my first Grand Cherokee, its a 94 with a I6 and 140k miles. When I first drove it home it rode fine. Today I went and took it around the block, and its sputtering like crazy, even when I put the petal to the floor it just sputters. It's fine when its idling I can rev it up and it don't sputter. I Sea Foamed it to see if would make it better and nothing. I'm kind of stumped on this one. What should I try?!?

I had a sputtering problem and it turned out to be a broken ground wire behind the battery. Also replace your fuel filter that what was causing my friends jeep to sputter.

Thanks, I got it going. Turned out to be a messed up spark plug wire.
