I've got a white, 2006 Grand Cherokee Laredo I plan to make some changes to. At the moment it's all OEM but I installed a hitch bar and trailer light wires. Below is a picture of a Jeep very similar to mine.



I'm trying to avoid adding a lift but I was told I can go up to 255/65/17 with the tires before needing a lift, is this true?

Roof Basket (HELP!) - I don't have crossbars at the moment but I can get them if the difference in price between crossbar mounted and rail mounted baskets is greater than the price of the crossbars. I'm looking for something that looks great but isn't overly expensive. Lights on the basket would be even better. So far I have found this....

I like the basket in the picture but I think that one (4 lights included) costs $550.


So far the price is up to $1127 not including the cost of a brush guard and a roof basket. If you find any parts similar to what I have posted at a lower price, PLEASE post a link. Any money I can save is money that can be put into more mods! Any suggestions are greatly appreciated as well.
