Default HELP: blowing the fuse for the ECU and some time no start

So Ive got this really annoying issue when it comes to blowing the fuse for the ECU when I an briving on washboard or just a rough logging road, once blew when cranking the jeep once. Its really annoying and damn near stranded me once over 100km's from any town. It seems to blow at randome times with NO appernt link between the times its happend other then a rough road, but, has done it on a paved highway twice.

Also, every now and then when I go to start it, it takes for ever to start. Some times it will do it when its cold, other times when hot.

When the jeep is running it run fine, no miss fires or anything. only issue ive had is that it does tend to run a little hot when climbing long steep hills on the highway.

Is this a commen issue and is there anything i should single out or check out?
the jeep is a 93 ZJ with the 4L automatic
thanks in advance.
