You might start with checking for codes, most if not all auto parts stores will scan for free. If no codes point you in a direction you might try to see what you are losing when it dies ( fuel, spark? )

When it dies, is it like shutting the key off, or does it misfire and sputter first then die? Does it idle good and seem to be at the right idle speed? I dont really think you have an IAC (idle air control valve) problem but they are known to cause issues with idle quality and stalling. You can simply clean the IAC and throttle body for a cheap diagnostic step.

ok thanx for the info , no trouble codes at this time . I will pull air filter housing and clean throttle body and IAC . I also researched the Auto Shutdown Relay that supplies 12 volts to the igintion coils and fuel injectors located in power box near battery as a potential problem

Most of the relays are the same. Try swapping the ASD relay with something not so critical and see if your problem changes.
