heater prob

heater prob
hi guys
ive a prob with heater blower if i have it on low speed it blows the fuse and if i have it on med or high speed it make the red wire in the steering colum get hot that its made the plastic bubble plus i have no power to the dash lights also the oil pressure gauge seems to have stopped working can any one help
