Heated Seats don't work

Heated Seats don't work
Anyone know if this is an easy fix? Its a 98 Zj 4.0.What the possible issues could be. Is there a relay/fuse for this and if thats not it what else it could be? They don't work and really not a big deal if its going to be a pain. Doesn't seem to be too much out there on this.

Pull the seat connectors and ohm out the seat coils. They may be burned out. I'm pretty sure there's a relay in the box under the dash.
