heat control 1996 grand
when i try to defrost the winsheld it some what goes the defrost but most of the air is on the floor. when i put it on other setting most of the air stay on the floor. what can i do?

sounds like your heat/defrost door is not operating propertly.. Could be, and most likely the motor, or vacume line has gotten a leak or pinched.
