Head lights out on the right side

Head lights out on the right side
I have a 2005 Jeep grand Cherokee that have no High or low beam on the right side I have checked the fuses swapped the relay and checked the bulbs with an ohm meter and both was good. The fog light on the right will come on, so I assumed that the ground was good. The right turn signal will come on only if the lights are off. Thanks in advance.
