the pic was taken after i got it home like 8 hrs latter so that is y you dont see any thing dripping.. Plus I had just topped it off like 2 weeks before this happened

 

You should take a couple more pictures so we can get a better perspective.

 

I am going to get some more pics of it before I replace it.
I have never in my life seen this happen and i have had a few mud trucks in my life. That is why i posted I would like to find out if any one has is all
