Yup. There used to be folks who advertised to disable the skim portion in the ecu, and I cant seem to find them anymore. Wish I could because I would do that in a heart beat if I could. The newer vehicles my programmer asks for the pin code, so if they get the pin I can add keys. Fords,Kia, Nissan,Suzuki, I have not had any issues with using my programmer to add keys.

Have you called these guys? They say 2-3 day return but at this point who cares if it takes a week or two right? lol

Oh damn, yes that is what I was looking for.....Ill just get an ecu from another dead WJ 4.7 here in Bethel and send it in for vin flash and skim disable. That should do the trick.

I honestly thought you guys had helped him resolve this awhile back. It was slow here so I went digging back through old stuff and clicked to see what had become of it. I had no idea he was still battling this issue until he said his is still locked up so went digging for sources and got lucky. I hope it finally helps resolve his ordeal. What a mess.

How did his work out? Were you able to do this? I would like to find out if I should or should not recommend this outfit in the future.
