You don't have any complaints about the ride quality on their springs?

 

It does ride stiff, almost truck like. But I don't know if I'd want it soft, as it's sitting higher now. And thanks. It's a work in progress.

 

I am TOTALLY doing this with my parts jeep when i finish pulling parts off of it!!

 

Thought about doing that with the 2door I was parting out, but my friend wanted to trade me the roof for a HiLift jack so I said "screw it!" and now I have this....

Thank you very much. It resembles the one one I removed from an XJ. I usually remove buzzers because keys often stay in ignition.

 

You're welcome and hopefully that's the culprit and you can disable it

hi everyone. So I bought a 1999 Grand Cherokee Laredo AWD a couple months back and the transmission is starting to slip in 3rd and overdrive. I've been searching good old craigslist but haven't been having much luck finding another 99. So I guess my question is is what other year(s) would be basically a plug and play transmission swap? (if any) Thank you in advance.

 

Engine size and current trans in the jeep?

 

it has the 4.0. Im not sure what transmission it has in it currently other then its a all time 4wheel drive. Hopefully that helps
