Grand cheerokee 94 wobbly tires
I have a GrandCheerokee 4x4 v8 automatic transmission. I recently noticed that my rear tires feel kind of wobbly. I changed all four tires and got them balanced. Problem stills persist. It hasn't been no more than two months that I also replaced all four shocks!!! Can the rear shocks be the problem? Any advice would help. Thanks!!!

Check the lugnuts? Lots of guys have lost wheels after installing and not rechecking after a few miles... myself included.
You might want to check your rear trackbar (panhard bar) for loosness. This is the component that centers the axle under the vehicle. It could be that a bushing is shot and allowing some movement. Or it could be worse and the mount could be failing.
Rear control arm bushings could be another culprit.
Good luck..

Check the rear track bar bushings and bolts for looseness, also check for bent axle shafts. Was this ZJ off road very much?
