Before you purchase look those companies up on YELP and other similar sites. Check the BBB in Florida for the companies there as well. I could not find anything good about them. A CARDONE sells through local parts stores and seem a bit more reliable. When I needed one for my WJ and I got it from the dealer. More money, no headaches. 3 year Warranty. Local.

It should be easy enough to take the PCM out of your vehicle and just match the part number up with another PCM. I don't recommend salvage or Pick-'n'-Pull yards, as those vehicles sit out in rain and snow and the PCM's in the engine compartment get wet, unfortunately. I'd recommend eBay, honestly, and make sure it has a warranty and/or guarantee so if it ends up DOA, you can just return it with no hassle, or if it stops working, you can get a replacement free of charge. Good luck finding a PCM!
