GC front passenger window stays up.

GC front passenger window stays up.
I'm replacing front passenger window regulator on my 02 Limited GC. Problem is I can't get the window down to get to the clips. I cut the cable and it still won't drop. Any ideas out there. Replace two others and never had this problem.

Thanks for the tips. Tried the electrical fix first, no joy. Found a video on a Honda where he cut the cable at the motor, and it allowed me to drop the window to get to the clips. Replaced regulator, and all is fine.
