Default gas in the intake

Hey guys I've been trying to find out why my jeeps been running rich. I smell gas coming from the intake manifold so I opend the throttle body and looked in it. It definitely smelled like gas and looked wet. I walk to the rear of the jeep and the exhaust was wet and so was the ground. Any ideas guys?

shot in the dark but helped mine alot, replace the 02 sensor b4 the cat. Could also be a bad pressure regulator. Oh, and if the 02 sensor isn't bad, but hasent been replaced, it will make a diffrence for the better in the way it runs.

I just replaced it. There are no codes. The zj pressure regulator is built in with the fuel pump.

Kind of thought it was built in. I guess check fuel pressure and go from there.
