Fuel pump problem

Model: Grand Cherokee
Engine: 4.7 v8
Fuel pump problem
My car is cranking but not starting, the fuel pump is not turning on. I replaced it but still no luck. I checked the current were the fuel pump plugs in and theres a current. The fuel pump fuses are fine as well. Does anyone know whats the next step? Please help
