Default Front to Rear swap questions

I have a 96 Grand Cherokee Limited 5.2.
How do I tell if I have the up-country or not?(would really like to find out)
Is It really as easy as swapping front coils to rear, buying new coils for the front and buying new shocks? (heard something about having to get new control arms and/or traction bars?)
How much would a complete F>R swap cost?
Hope someone can give me some answers, Thanks!

when i did my buddies front to rear swap, he had a 4.0L, so we used a set of front coils from a v8 and put those in the rear and used a set of 4.5 inch rubicon express coils i had sitting around. he used stock control arms for a bit, then we through in a set of rubicon express adjustable lowers.
we did use new longer shocks we got from ebay for cheap.
we also did some extensive cutting/trimming of the fenders, and he said 33's still rubbed, so he just used 31's.
i can't remember if we swapped out the track bar, but somehow i don't think we did.
