front end and tire measurements
here is the question, what would cause my front drivers side tire to be .5 inch longer and stick out farther that it should. the wheel base for a 93 zj is 105.9" my drivers side is 106" and my passenger side is 105 1/2". i checked my lower control arm and they measure 16" on driver and 15 1/2" from center of bolt to bolt and they are not adjustable.. would the sway bar being disconnected cause this? i will try to get a picture of the tire sticking out of the fender..
thanks in advance

More than like it is a hub assembly issue..... I'm not to sure about your measurements but I would pull the tire that is "sticking out more" and make sure I have a good tight hub assembly.... let me know if that helps or does not help so we can do some more brainstorming

Was the tire sticking out further before you took off your hub?? Maybe there is a chance you didn't get it all the way on or maybe your tire isn't all the way tight.... do this after you check track bar

Has to be the track bar. With it sitting on the ground unbolt it from the axle side and see if the straightens it up. if it does send me a PM and ill make you a deal on an Adjustable one. you could cut and extend the stock one but if you have the death wobble i would go ahead and get a new one cause the bushings are most likely bad.

weird, it doesn't look like you have a lift...
but an adjustable track bar will fix your issue 100%.

OK. If the track bar is bent, ur axle will be pulled to the drivers side. Get Someone to turn ur steering wheel back n forth while u watch the front suspension from the front. If the trackbar bushings are bad u will see it. Let us know how things look.
