Default Front End Collision Help

I just bought this 95 ZJ and noticed a transmission leak towards the front. I took off the bumper cover and noticed that there is damage to the actual bumper reinforcement bar which is pushed back into trans lines and the radiator.

First off, can you purchase just the reinforcement bar? Where? If not, does anyone know if this unbolts or will I have to use a cut off tool to remove it? In the end I done care if the bumper cover fits because I'm going to fab a custom winch bumper.

Thanks

Default Looks like an easy fix....hopefully.

Looks like I can replace the crossmember then weld my winch bumper up to that. Has anyone ever replaced this?

I've replaced one on an '07 Grand - had to cut it out as it was spot welded in. New one fit like a glove!

Yep. That's what I was thinking. Thanks for the reply. I'll try to get some pics of the job.

PLEASE do! I need to do this as well. I wouldn't be able to do this myself - how much do you think a shop would run for something like this>?

I use to work at a body shop and we would charge around $600.
