Front axel gear ratio??

Hi, i need help. I have a 6cyn 4.0 2002 Laredo and the tag is missing; do most of this year have a 3.55?? any help is appreciated.

Do you have a regular Cherokee or a Grand Cherokee? I ask because you list it as a 2002 and the regular Cherokee stopped production on 2001.

i think all 2002 grand cherokee had 3.55 gears.

You could always take your VIN number, call a dealer and have them run a Vehicle Inquiry on it, that would enable them to tell you what your gear ratio is.

Check the rear pumpkin and see if it has a tag, the gears are the same as the rear.
