Well my friends WJ has been running kind of funny for a while, and his inspection is due to run out, but he wont pass emissions with the codes he's throwing. Its a 99 Grand Cherokee 4.0 Auto, the codes are;

I think those are just bad o2 sensors, is there any way to test to see if its a wiring short or if the actual sensors are bad? And also, which o2 sensors are these?

Thats the Torque Convertor solenoid I think should be a fairly easy fix and he should still pass inspection with it screwed up, it just makes it shift a little funky at low speeds.

Thats for the Gas Tank leak detection pump being shot, these arent a big job to replace are they?

And he also has a funky problem with his drivers side brake light being out, but only when the headlights/parking lights are on, it works fine if the lights are off, does anyone know what would cause this?


Are these all reasonable diagnoses of these issues? We are going to try and tackle what we can this Sunday so he can get his inspection renewed.
