flooded passenger side bank need help

flooded passenger side bank need help
One day last week my 98 GC 5.2 just wouldn't start. It had spark, and fuel at at Schrader valve so I was stumped. Went to check compression and found the passenger side bank has fuel in the cylinders. Prob a teaspoon full poured out of tester after compression test. Any ideas to why one bank would be flooded?
