So my track bar frame mount has holes that were enlarged from when my old track bar was loose. So the bolt that goes through the holes has some play in it. I bought quick steel from orileys and was going to find some washers that fit the bolt snug and use the stuff to stick them to my frame mount. Will that work? Also how is the best way to use the stuff?

NO!!
With the Shear load and Tension load on the bracket and hardware the only fix is to replace the bracket. Head to your favorite JY and snag a replacement.
