Fixed Blend doors, now what?
Hello, I'm hoping someone else has had this problem and can shed some light. Long story short, I lost heat on both sides of the JGC 04 Limited, I found the dual blend door kits and installed one. When I tested the functionality of the system (ie turning both ***** independently from hot to cold and watching the doors move up and down to correspond to the change) everything looked fine. I now have heat on the passenger side only, the middle vents and the drivers side are still blowing cold. What in the world could be the problem now?? Oh and recirculation door is stuck, it no longer moves, however it's still there and hasn't fallen to block the blower or anything.
Thank you
Thank you

Read this page, I believe it correctly identifies your problem. Limiteds or WJ w automatic climate control have two actuators. One for each site. Not sure if you replaced both... hope this helps.
