hi all...my ex father in law bought my newly licensed daughter this vehicle: 2004 Grand Cherokee Laredo (Trail Rated?)QuadTrac 2 with 135k miles. He gave her the keys and sent her on the road and that was nice. However I have just found out it was never looked at by anyone prior to buying it (what was he thinking???) and now she is having problems......when she has to make a hard turn the front wheels plow like its in 4 wheel...she called me this A.M. and said when she moved it from P to R it started popping (her words). She also said when pulling away from a stop it seemed like it just wouldn't go then did. Any thoughts? when I see her I'm going to check trans fluid level...I have heard that the plowing issue might be in the transfer case but I'm getting ahead of myself. Any ideas would be appreciated.
