I've been lurking around for a while searching and reading about failed inspection decided to sign up and post my problem.

It's a 1994 ZJ 4.0 I-6 155K had a new catalytic converter put on in 2007 not sure if its the right one it was on there when I bought it. Passed everything but the NOx on the 1st test it failed high and low speed NOx but the 2nd test just failed the high speed NOx.

Ran a tank with Guaranteed To Pass throught it filled it with some 93oct drove it hard to get the cat hot and took it back had it tested again and got this.

I found some vacuum lines leaking and replaced them I still think I have a small vacuum leak some where because it idles a rough when it warms up what else should I do or check before I go back and get it tested again.
