electrical problem - 1997 Grand

electrical problem - 1997 Grand
Hi, I am having problem starting my Grand Cherokee
I am not getting any spark to to the sparkplugs
- I bought new Crank shaft sensor
- new distributor
- the overhead console is missing (I don't know if that have anything to do with it)
- I am not getting any check engine light when i try to start the engine (only for those normal 3 seconds )
- I have put the whiper relay to the ads relay socket
i am wondering if this had something to do with the alarm system... but I read from google if it was the security system the car would start and run for few seconds an then shut down again
