Default Electrical Ghosts

Plenty of forum searching but still stumped. 06 commander V6, i know this is the GC forum but the electronics should be similiar. Sometimes she will start and sometimes not. when she starts after a couple minutes all the warning lights come on, lights flash radio turns on and off and check gauges light comes on. Got a brand new battery and it still happens. When i disconnect the battery for 15 min....it will start up fine and then it happens again. Also when the key is off and pulled out. The steering wheel lock does no work. Hoping someone else has had this issue on the GC. The commander forum didnt have much.

I suggest taking it to the dealer, there may be a TSB out for that very problem. You could pay a little more for the dealer to fix it right the first time, or pay a lot more to have a mom and pop shop try and fix it a lot of times.
