Sorry for the vague title but I just can't think of a good way to state the issue.

The other day I made a left turn and all of the dash indicator lights came on, you know how it looks when you turn the key to on. Those lights. The engine was running and didn't stumble, just the lights came on and that tone. They stayed on for a second or two, went off, then the seat belt light came on and went off even though I had my seat belt on. One other thing has begun to happen. When I am backing up and turn, I hear the same sound that you get when the turn signals are cancelling. Only when backing and no, the signals aren't on.

Any ideas?
