I can't figure out how to disconnect the connector for the wires that run through the drivers door The is one small connector and the big one that I can't figure out how to seperate. Almost to the point of cutting it out just for the satisfaction

Got it apart. The wires that went through the door ar cracked from bending. I put electrical tape around each one and put it back. All my windows work now but I am still having trouble with the wipers and my engine still won't crank. Anyone think I shoud replace the harness and if so where do I get one?
