ecm, capacitors physical size

ecm, capacitors physical size
Hi. I'm replacing the capacitors in my ecm (1994, 5.2). The new capacitors are much smaller than the old ones, but have exactely the same specifications/electrical parameters as the old ones. Does the difference in physical size matter?
