In my '00 parts catalog it is listed as a SCREW, Pan Head, #6 HiLo.
Please don't ask me what that means cause I don't know.
The part number is 6034204.
Sometimes they list the specs. This time they don't but.
What they did do is list the specs for the plastic piece it screws into.
NUT, Plastic Snap-In, For .164-15 Screw.
No idea what a .164-15 screw is.

These are panhead hilo screws. The threads alternate from high to low.
Smaller sized bosses can be designed to save in material and space
Increased pull-out resistance
Mostly reduced installation torque and less likely to strip or crack the plastic. They're also harder to reinstall if you take them out and try to start the screw in 180* out from the original. Most of mine got replaced with plain old stainless pan heads and new plastic inserts from the Help! section at the auto store a long time ago.
