I have a 00 and you can turn heat/ac on but dose not blow any air out what so ever I'm
Thinking maybe the control board is bad??

Just experienced this problem. Check the blower motor resistor plug. The resistor is the black box under the glove box, the plug has 3 terminals and the black wire terminal I guess gets hot and melts. If that's your problem it should be an easy fix. I just bought a new plug from eBay for $9. Just cut the old one off and splice the new one on.
