so heres the deal. i bought a 95 grand that had no front friveshaft. is a cv style from the factory. i cant find one from a junkyard anywhere thats cv style. i have found several grands parting out on craigslist but all have 4.0 in them (i have 5.2). my questin is will the 6cyl driveshaft fit the v8? i have measured a few that have came through our shop and the lenght looks the same. any helpful advice would be much help cuz a 2wd jeep aint no fun

 

i almost certain any front shaft will work. I currently have a 242 front shaft in my 95 Grand that has 231J t-case in it. I believe it also had a v8 in it to.
