driveshaft confusion

driveshaft confusion
So I have a 1996 zj limited 4.0, it has the quadratrac 4x4 so I know its a 249 tc, the problem is when I am searching for a new front drive shaft( didn't come with one) I'm being given 2 choices, one with a 30 1/2 yoke and one with a 31 1/2 yoke. Which one do I need! And how can I tell without having the original? The preivious owner removed it because of gas miliage(idiot) and could not find it when I purchased the vehical. Any help would be greatly appreciated
