driver side mirror
Hi All,
I have a cracked driver's side mirror on a 1993 grand cherokee laredo. The electrics work absolutely fine, but the crack right down the middle of is slightly annoying.
I have a spare driver's side mirror, but the casing and interior plastic bits are cracked, the actual mirror is fine.
I wanted to swap the the cracked mirror with the good mirror, but use the exisiting casing. Is there a trick to prying the bad mirror off? I don't want to crack any plastic bits on the inside if I can help it at all.
I would much rather do the swap than have to pay for a full mirror and plastic housing from a wrecker.
Thanks for any advice.
