Default Drive shaft vibration

I have a 98 grand Cherokee limited 5.2 with all time 4wd. I started have a really bad vibration in the jeep thought it might be the ujoints took off front drive shaft to find that they were fine but this knuckle or joint was behind the ujoint that connects to the transfer case. A bunch of metal around it fell out. Trying to figure what the part is and if it can be replaced or if I need a new drive shaft

Yes it's called a double cardon joint. It's 2 u-joints with a center piece in between. They can be rebuilt, but a driveline shop is your best bet.
