I need to replace a fuel pump but the tank is completely fuel, about 17 gallons.
Any suggestions on draining? I want to avoid having to drop a completely full tank. has anti-siphoning device.
Thanks

I suggest hooking up a remote pump to the fuel outlet of your bad pump. It will draw the fuel out thru the bad pump.

If the pump runs, why are you changing it? It might have been quicker if you hadn't run it thru the pressure regulator, but hey, it worked.
