Dome lights and center dash

Dome lights and center dash
My problem is electrical. My dome lights stay on. I take the fuse out and lights, radio, ac, power locks, go off when i drive about the third time i use my turn signal the security lights come on. This happened 4 months ago a relay in glove box was ticking and i replaced it. That fixed it. I replaced it this time and it did nothing. It was not ticking. Help
