My mother has a '05 Grand Cherokee and she is haveing problems with the dash lights coming on. Every now and then while she is driving all the dash lights will flash and it will beep like 3 times and then it will go back to normal. It doesn't do it all the time and when we take it to the jeep dealership to have them run a diagnostics test on it they tell us nothing is wrong with it. Also there is a slight shuddering from the transfer case while driving it. We have brought it to the dealership and they have replaced to torque converter twice and it still seems to be doing the same thing. Can these things be related or what may be causing this to happen? Any information will be greatly appreciated.

 

Mine did the dash light thing also. I replaced the switch and all was well. How many miles are on it?

 

There is about 70,000 on it. They have had to replace the torque converter every ten thousand miles since i t had 50,000 on it.
