Last weekend, I let my pal drive my jeep. It got a rear flat, and unknowing to them or me, driving with a oem spare will basically ruin your differential.
I took the cap off and nothing seemed broken or unusual. The bearings were a little colored and one of the clutches(?) were a little loose. I filled it with synthetic differential fluid and drove it today.
I kept an eye on the temperature by pulling over every 10-15 miles. After 45 miles, the rear differential was definitely warmer than the front. I would say 90 degrees to the touch.
Should I be worried about more damage?
Thank you for any information!

The schematic shows the "clutch packs" as #11 inside inset picture #9.

First off, there is no Dana 33, second if it is a factory spare it won't ruin your differential (otherwise Jeep wouldn't have used it.) Thirdly, you rear axle will run warmer than the front because that is your main drive axle.
