Default cylinder 5 misfire

I have a 2016 jeep cherokee trailhawk; recently purchased on carvana, 93k miles. I set it up to be flat towed behind our camper. All working great in that regard.

The other day I got a check engine light. O'reilly's diagnosed it to be cylider 5 misfiring. I bought a set of 6 spark plugs and new coil pack and set of new gaskets. I got a pep-boys to change the #5 spark plug and the coil pack. (to change the other plugs involved removing the intake manifold and was going to be triple the price to change those other 5 plugs.)

Anyway, the #5 spark plug and coil pack were swapped out and the check engine light was cleared.

My question concern is: how much longer before the other cyliders/plugs will be misfiring? Like I said, it has 93k miles.

Thanks for all your help

I take it that it is now fixed ? The coils can last forever or just randomly go. There's no real time span tbh. At 93'000 miles they have had a good life I would say . Just keep the spares with you incase one does go

Yes, fixed. I only got the single coil pack that was swapped out.
Spares on hand now are:
5 spark plugs
Intake gasket set of 6, they came as a whole set. will be needed if I do need change the other plugs.

CE light came on. Verified by Oreilly’s again that the code is cylinder #5 is misfiring again. This is despite having a new coil and plug installed. A shop is going to look at it on Wednesday.

what are y’all’s guesses as to what’s wrong now? Are we talking timing chain? Cam shaft, valves, injector?
