Cyl 8 Misfire.

Cyl 8 Misfire.
Hello All!
I'm having issues with a misfire on my 04 Overland. 4.7HO
When I first start it in the morning I get a wicked shake due to a misfire. CEL came on with the code for cyl 8 misfire. I pulled the plug to check it and it turned out the shop I had change the plugs years ago used the wrong plugs! So I figured, even tho the plugs all looked fine considering wear, I'd change them all out to the correct ones.
So... back to the Misfire... I changed all the plugs, and swapped the coils from 8 & 2 just in case the coil was the issue. A few days later, My shake comes back along with CEL for Cyl8 misfire.
I'm thinking Injector issue. Whats a good way to clean out the injectors? I've never done this before. Also, if the injector turns out to not be the issue, what else could be causing a cyl to misfire?
