Hi everyone

I have a 1998 Grand Cherokee 4.0 that cranks but won’t start.

PCM was replaced 2 years prior to car not starting by previous owner.

I have replaced the distributor cap, wires, spark plugs, Crankshaft position sensor, and a new battery.

I am getting fuel, and spark.

Last week I believe when we pulled the PCM I threw the code P0505, which the IAC looks to be new as well. The code reader also flashed the following - CAT, HTR, and O2s. I attached a photo below of the scanner.

Today we unplugged my PCM again to see if the motherboard looked corroded but it seemed completely fine (visually) so we plugged it back in and my engine light went away and no codes.

still no start.

Im honestly at a loss of what to approach next, as I’ve literally read each and every forum I could for crank no start. Anything helps!
