Default Control arm bushings JUNK

I have to replace control arm bushings on my 97JGC. The rear are rotted and the fronts are cracking. Anyone use the energy suspension parts for these? Are they tough to install? Wish I could find a decent set of control arms for a lifted JGC for decent cash

I replaced the arms on my 95 GC instead of screwing around with pressing the old bushings and risk damaging the arms. www.quadratec.com and ebay had my arms.

i woudn't run a polly bushing, very little to no flex out of the joint. if you can swing some $$ pick up a set of good flex arms. RE, RC, Clayton, IOR, BSD ect and you'll be a lot happier the flex on the rig 2
