Common connector or box

Common connector or box
I have a ZJ 97 grand Cherokee 4.0L.
The gash gauges,power locks,cruse control,and power windows all quite working together when I hit bumps and come back on.I have a short some were.This does not effect the running of the jeep.
The question is do theses systems have a common connector or control box.Something I can check or pull apart and inspect?I have been all over the fuses and all connectors I can get my hands on with out pulling the dash apart.I bet removing the dash cluster is the next step.
I will be reading wiring diagrams looking for some thing in common be for I continue.
Looking for some sage wisdom be for I dig further.
