I've searched thru the forums and wasn't able to find any for a code p1771 "Inadequate Element Volume Second and Fourth Clutch". The check engine light popped on when I started up after being parked for roughly 4 hrs. On the way home I stopped at the local Advance Auto Parts moments before they closed and got a code read. Of course with my luck, it began to rain/snow mix with high winds right about then and so I just drove home and parked it for the night before checking into it more. Anyway, long story short. Is this simply low trans fluid level or am I looking at something serious here?
